CEO Con Lynch Embarks on 1,189 mile charity cycle

for Aras Mhuire Nursing Home

Con Lynch, the CEO of CFE Group, is taking on a challenge to support the Aras Mhuire Nursing Home in County Kerry. From Thursday, July 4th to Saturday, July 13th, Mr Lynch will embark on a 10-day cycling marathon covering 1,189 miles from Land’s End to John o’ Groats. His mission: to raise crucial funds for Aras Mhuire, a community-owned nursing home dedicated to providing outstanding care for local residents.

Aras Mhuire Nursing Home, a beacon of care and compassion in the community, maintains its high standards and to continue offering services to its residents. Mr Lynch has committed himself to this effort, aiming to bolster the nursing home’s resources and ensure it remains a centre of great care.

The funds raised will contribute towards the cost of replacing the roof. Government structural grants are not available to charity-run nursing homes. “Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a significant difference,” Lynch emphasized. “Together, we can ensure that Aras Mhuire continues to be a place of comfort, dignity, and exceptional care for our loved ones.”
