A born entrepreneur Con is the co-owner and CEO of CFE Group. Con has a business degree from UCC, a Post Graduate Diploma from DCU and is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Group Operations Director and Co-owner of CFE Group, Pat has spent 30 years working in the grain and feed industry and has a wealth of engineering experience across Ireland and the UK.

Michael joined CFE Group in 2020 having gained an array of commercial and accounting experience. He has a degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick and completed his chartered accountancy training with the audit department of Mazars, Dublin

Office Administration & Computer Applications qualified, Joanne joined the group in 2000. She works in the Sales and Accounts Receivable section of the Financial Department and has a vast range of experience.

Joanne joined CFE in 2023 as Operations assistant. Joanne is responsible for sales , procurement, and logistics. She provides valuable support to the team at Arrox Park in Haydock. She has many years experience in sales and customer service.

Arron joined CFE Group in 2019 as an operations controller focusing on stock control, service team support and procurement. In this time Arron has gained a wealth of knowledge in the CPM parts catalogue and possesses a high level of familiarity in CFE’s spare parts stock. His current focus continues to be in these areas as he provides dynamic support to all areas of CFE.

Gary joined CFE in 2001 with his primary focus on roller refurbishment, where he consistently demonstrated strong technical expertise. Through his continued involvement in die refurbishment, this area of the business has expanded significantly, with Gary remaining an essential part of both the roller and die refurbishment processes. His skills and knowledge have proven invaluable over the years. More recently, Gary has taken on the role of Workshop Team Leader, where he leads by example and applies his extensive experience to support and develop the team. He continues to play a key role in the ongoing success of the die and roller refurbishment operations in Haydock.

Conor joined CFE in 2025 as a Business Development Representative based in Castleisland, Co. Kerry and is responsible for supporting sales growth. Working closely with the wider team, Conor provides valuable support to customers and colleagues alike.

Paul joined CFE Group in 2013 as a Field Service Engineer, supporting pellet mills across the UK. He has developed strong expertise in pellet machine step downs, rebuilds, and component control, playing a key role in the growth of CFE’s service team and as the team expanded, Paul went on to help oversee internal machine build operations at the Haydock facility, where his technical knowledge, attention to detail, and supplier coordination has helped drive the continued success of CFE’s refurbishment and press build operations at CFE Group.

Philip Taulty joined CFE in 2017 and has since become a key leader within the field service team. With strong technical expertise in gearbox overhauls, machining, and fitting, Philip leads by example through a hands on and highly committed approach. His leadership has been instrumental in the continued growth, reliability, and performance of CFE’s service operations, and he has become a trusted figure within the team.

Chris Byrom joined CFE in 2007 with an extensive engineering and mechanical background. Initially recruited to strengthen and develop the die refurbishment, he quickly became our senior die engineer. Chris brings a broad technical skill set, including precision machining, mechanical diagnostics, and process optimisation. He now oversees maintenance and production within the Haydock die refurbishment facility and plays a key role in the research, design, and improvement of new and existing machinery. His expertise continues to drive quality, efficiency, and innovation across our engineering operations.
