Feed Compounder: Continued investment brings big returns for compounders

CFE’s new DG1700ring die grinding machine, developed by O&J HØJTRYK, is now installed and fully commissioned at the Haydock factory.  Designed for grinding hardened and non-hardened ring dies and rollers.

This machine is constructed for ring dies with a maximum width of 800 mm and an outside diameter from Ø450 to Ø1700 mm. Weight limit is 2000 kg.

Web link connection for remote fault finding, programming etc. to minimise downtime and upload software updates.

Easy loading of dies in/out by crane.
