New CNC Grinder

CFE Chris Byrom approved and signed off CFE’s new CNC die grinding machine at O & J Højtryk, Esberg. The new machine will be installed and commissioned at CFE Factory in Haydock during spring 2017. This is the latest investment by CFE in the latest technology available to refurbish dies.

The die grinding machine developed by O&J HØJTRYK, is a fully new designed unit for hardened and non-hardened ring dies and rollers. It features an easy loading, in/out by crane and is constructed for ring dies with a max. Width of 800 mm and an outside diameter from Ø450 to Ø1700 mm. Weight limit is 2000 kg. There is a web link for remote fault finding, programming etc. based on clients choice.
